Chad Jacobs

Grace House Counselor

Chad Jacobs was born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana. He received his Masters of Education in Counselor Education from the University of New Orleans. Chad began his internship at the Center for Family and Youth Services in Luling, Louisiana where he was a counselor for St. Charles Parish Drug Court.  Later, he moved to Orleans Parish Drug Court where he worked as a case manager  He has over five years of experience in dealing with substance abuse issues and treatment.  Chad received his National Counselor Certification in April 2005 and is currently working toward his LPC.
